TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Users
1.    League Of the Fit (“LOTFâ€) is an online game-based activity provided by TFL Continuous Learning Services Pvt Ltd (“TFLâ€) to Britannia Industries Limited Inc. (“Clientâ€), for a period of 6 weeks.
2.    LOTF aims at building awareness and bringing about positive behavioral change towards better health practices. However, LOTF is not a formal medical program which guarantees results.
3.    Participants in the LOTF deployment for Client (“Usersâ€) would create a login ID and password to participate in the game.
4.    Once the login IDs are created by Users, they cannot be revoked or transferred to another person. Users shall not hack into other Users’ accounts or into the LOTF game. Any such attempts may lead to disqualification of the concerned Users.
5.    TFL shall provide Users the support, information, and guidance required to participate in LOTF. For any escalations, or if there is no timely response, Users could email lotf@thefullerlife.com.
6.    Users may not reuse content, logos or any other material from the LOTF game outside the LOTF website. All such content and material are copyright property of TFL.
7.    Users are encouraged to participate to the fullest in LOTF. However, TFL is not responsible for the discontinuation of participation by users in LOTF.
8.    LOTF can provide Users with more useful reports if survey forms are filled by Users at the beginning and end of the game.
9.    For rewards and prizes to Users, the decision of TFL would be final

11. I agree to share my personal data with TFL Continuous Learning Pvt. Ltd. to enable my participation in the Wellness effort. I understand that I may receive emails or phone calls to facilitate my participation
